From a hospitality professional’s perspective, it is obvious any kind of leadership is very absent from the operation. ![]() On a busy holiday weekend (where the casino is hosting a major celebration) there should have been someone who came in to support the team because they were short handed. You cannot do either of these things and not even have someone answer the phone when you call down. You cannot charge the rates you charge and not have someone there to greet you. You cannot operate a full service hotel with a 24 hour casino attached and not have someone working the desk. They must have issues staffing because I paid $500 between my two nights and both nights there was not anyone at the front desk. It was spacious and well appointed as was the two bed we are staying in tonight. ![]() First time was in the hotel’s largest suite. Stayed at this hotel twice in the last week.
